Is your bus always late? Have changes to your local route increased your journey time?
Many people have been hit hard by the privatisation of bus services. When private companies operate public services, their priority isn’t us – it’s making themselves more money.
In NSW, bus privatisation has only resulted in buses being taken off the road to save on operation costs, bus stops closing, reduced on-time running, and changes to local routes – while some routes have been axed entirely.
The government doesn’t consult you before it takes away your services. But if privatisation has impacted you, we want to hear from you.
Use this form to tell us how your commute has changed after privatisation. With your stories, our campaign can show everyone the human cost of privatisation and stop this decision in its tracks.
